Shallow circular dish by Danish sculptor and designer Just Andersen (1884–1943), dating from the first half of the 20th century.
The restrained, gently curved form is framed by a finely incised geometric border of alternating cross-hatched panels and linear motifs. The bronze retains a rich brown-golden patina with scratches, variations and traces of use preserved across the surface.
The underside shows an equally attractive dark, naturally developed patina.
